March 14, 2018 – Transition Field Day
Where: Kellogg School District Community Building – 800 Bunker Avenue, Kellogg, Idaho
When: 12:00-3:00 PM
- Focusing on young adults, 14-18 years of age, with developmental disabilities who are approaching transition to adult services
- Come explore community resources
- Many presenters will be on hand to explain the offered services
