Consumer Direct Care Network Idaho is a Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA). Since 2008, we have helped qualifying older adults and people with disabilities self-direct their in-home care. We believe that by helping our participants stay involved in the direction of their care, we contribute to their health and build healthier, happier communities.
Self-direction offers an alternative to traditional services. We take care of the technical aspects of being an employer while empowering our participants to effectively manage their caregivers. Participants select, train and schedule the caregiver(s) of their choice. Consumer Direct Care Network Idaho assists with enrollment, processing payroll, and ongoing education and training. Our job is to provide the right tools for success in managing supports and achieving goals.
